These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://nexoraprod.com (the "Site") and the NexoraProd early access program. By using the Site or signing up for early access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Service

NexoraProd is an AI-powered production management platform for manufacturing facilities that is currently under development. The Site is at this stage a marketing and early-access registration page; the product itself is not yet generally available. Screenshots, features, pricing, and timelines shown on the Site may change during development and do not constitute a commitment.

2. Early Access Program

• Early access registration is free and does not by itself create any purchase or service agreement.
• Registering does not guarantee admission to the program; we reserve the right to select participants.
• Early access releases are provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose and not to engage in conduct that damages, disrupts, or attempts to bypass the security of the Site (e.g., unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, form abuse).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, design, logo, trademarks, screenshots, and software — belongs to NexoraProd or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand and product names mentioned on the Site (e.g., machine manufacturers, ERP systems) are used for informational purposes in the context of compatibility only and remain the property of their respective owners; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Results produced by tools on the Site, such as the ROI calculator, are for illustration only and involve no commercial commitment.
